Oral Reset

60-90 Minutes | $222/cleaning (discounts for members)

The Oral Reset is our signature dental cleaning (done differently). Designed to feel more like a wellness escape than a dental visit, this experience delivers a gentle yet powerful “deep clean” — without discomfort — while giving you clarity, confidence, and control over your oral wellness. Using world-renowned GBT technology, your Oral Health Coach™ removes harmful biofilm, protects your enamel, and guides you through exactly what’s happening in your mouth, so you leave informed, empowered, and back in the driver’s seat of your health — with the healthiest, most beautiful smile you can imagine.

What is included in the Oral Reset?

Swiss Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) Cleaning

A gentle, no-scrape, no-poke deep clean that removes harmful bacteria while protecting enamel and gums — comfortable, effective, and clinically advanced. This world renowned technology provides a dental cleaning comparable to a “deep clean” without the discomfort.

Blood Pressure Screening

This quick wellness check supports whole-body health and ensures care tailored to you. A blood pressure screening can help identify early signs of systemic issues - something hygienists are uniquely positioned to catch first!

Saliva-Based Oral Health Testing

Your pH levels give us insight into why your teeth and gums behave the way they do—a low pH can indicate decay risk; a high pH can signal imbalance even before symptoms show. By understanding your oral environment, we can personalize your care, prevent problems sooner, and support a healthier microbiome

Ozone Pre-Rinse

The ozone pre-rinse is a powerful, yet natural antibacterial rinse that neutralizes and disinfects your mouth using oxygen—not chemicals. It reduces harmful bacteria, lowers inflammation, and creates the cleanest, safest environment for your Oral Reset cleaning.

Head & Neck Wellness Exam

Our head & neck exam evaluates your lymph nodes, jaw, TMJ, thyroid area, and surrounding tissues, allowing us to catch tension, inflammation, or early signs of systemic changes. It’s part of our whole-body approach to preventative care.

Oral Cancer Screening

Early detection saves lives. We examine your lips, cheeks, tongue, throat, and soft tissues for anything that looks out of the ordinary—long before symptoms appear.

Personalized Oral Wellness Plan

Clear, judgment-free guidance tailored to your mouth, your goals, and your lifestyle — so you leave confident, informed, and back in control.

More About GBT Cleaning

Using Swiss Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), one of the most advanced, gentle, and effective cleaning technologies in the world, offered by only a handful of practices in the U.S. GBT removes harmful biofilm—the sticky bacterial layer that causes cavities, gum disease, and more. GBT uses warm water, air and an ultra-fine powder in comparison to the traditional way of cleaning, scraping, which can be harmful to enamel.

GBT VS. Traditional Cleaning

GBT

N

A disclosing agent (a harmless dye) is applied to teeth, revealing the hidden biofilm and plaque.

N

An Airflow device uses a targeted spray of warm water and a fine, silky powder to remove the colored biofilm without scraping.

N

Any remaining hardened tartar is then removed using minimally invasive ultrasonic instruments (Piezon technology), making it gentler than traditional methods.

N

All biofilm is targeted for removal.

N

Highly effective at removing biofilm and stains, with some sources indicating it can lead to a brighter smile by removing surface stains.

N

The Airflow method is less invasive and more comfortable, especially for patients with sensitive teeth.

N

Patients can see where plaque accumulates, which helps motivate better home hygiene.

Traditional Cleaning

M

A hygienist performs visual assessment

M

Uses sharp metal instruments (scalers) to manually scrape plaque and tartar from the tooth surfaces.

M

Often uses ultrasonic scalers to remove larger deposits.

M

Relies on the hygienist's visual assessment and skill to identify plaque and tartar.

M

Can miss areas that are not easily visible.

M

Scraping can cause discomfort, especially in sensitive areas.

M

The use of sharp instruments can potentially damage tooth enamel or gums if not done carefully.

The Refresh is prevention, comfort and whole-health care — all in one restorative visit.
